Monitoring for managed service providers
Websites, certificates, Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants of every customer in one place. A workspace per customer, reports you can hand over, white label for enterprise customers, and nothing to install.
Built around your customers, not around one company
Most monitoring tools assume one organisation watching its own systems. A service provider looks after dozens of them, each with its own websites, certificates and Microsoft 365 tenant. In DoubleCheck every customer gets a workspace of its own:
- Separate per customer
- Each workspace has its own checks, groups, members and alert channels. You switch between customers from the header of the app.
- Roles for your team and your customer
- Owner, Admin, Operator and Viewer. Your engineers manage the checks; give the customer the Viewer role so they can follow their own status without being able to change it.
- Pause a customer, keep the setup
- When a contract ends or is on hold, deactivate the workspace. Checks stop running, and the configuration is kept for when you need it again.
Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 monitoring, read-only
Connect each customer tenant with an app registration that only has read permissions. DoubleCheck reads the figures that otherwise only show up when someone opens the admin portal:
- Microsoft Secure Score: get an alert when a tenant drops below the level you agreed with the customer.
- Unused Microsoft 365 licenses: licenses the customer pays for but nobody uses, a concrete saving to bring to your next customer meeting.
- Mailbox usage: catch mailboxes that are nearly full before users notice.
- Azure Secure Score for customers with Azure subscriptions.
DoubleCheck cannot change anything in a customer tenant, and the credentials are kept in a dedicated, encrypted secrets vault.
Outside-in checks without an agent
Endpoint checks test what your customers' users actually get, from the internet. There is nothing to install on customer servers or networks.
- DNS A record monitoring
- Ping monitoring
- SSL certificate expiry monitoring
- TCP port monitoring
- TLS version monitoring
- Website uptime and HTTP monitoring
If a customer's firewall or WAF filters traffic, the network requirements page lists the addresses to allow.
Alerts where your team already works
Send alerts to your service desk by email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams or Discord, per workspace. You decide how many failed runs in a row it takes before an alert goes out, and set warning and error levels per check, so your engineers are not woken up by a single dropped packet.
Reports you can hand to your customer
Show customers what your monitoring delivers. Generate a PDF availability report with the checks you choose, download it, and send it to the customer. Customers with the Viewer role can download the reports of their own workspace too:
- A first page with a short summary, the key findings and the worst incidents, in plain language.
- The daily availability of every website and server over the last 30 days, with the worst day and the number of incidents.
- Days until each certificate expires.
- The current state of the customer's Microsoft 365 and Azure checks, such as Secure Score and unused licenses.
Give each report your own title and the customer's logo, so it fits in a monthly service review.
White label: monitoring in your own house style
For enterprise customers, DoubleCheck is available as white label: the app and the reports follow your branding, with your logo, your colours and your name in front of your customers. Your customers see your service, not ours.

Next to your RMM, not instead of it
DoubleCheck does not manage devices or deploy patches. It covers what an RMM tool usually does not see: whether a customer's website and certificates work from the outside, and how their Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants are doing on security, licenses and storage.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep every customer separate?
Yes. Create a workspace per customer. Each workspace has its own checks, groups, members, alert channels and billing, and you switch between them from the header of the app.
Can my customer see their own checks?
Yes. Invite the customer to their workspace with the Viewer role. Viewers see the checks, history and alerts of that workspace only, and cannot change anything.
Do I need to install an agent at my customers?
No. Endpoint checks run from the internet against public websites, servers and certificates. Microsoft 365 and Azure checks read the customer's tenant through an app registration with read-only permissions in that tenant.
How do I monitor many Microsoft 365 tenants?
Create a read-only app registration in each customer tenant and add it to that customer's workspace. Secure Score, unused licenses and mailbox usage then show up per tenant, with the same three states as every other check.
Can I send my customer a report?
Yes. Generate a PDF availability report for a customer with the checks you choose: a summary with key findings and incidents, the daily availability of the last 30 days, certificate expiry and the current state of their cloud checks. You give it your own title and the customer's logo.
What happens when a customer leaves?
The owner of the workspace can deactivate it. Its checks stop running, open alerts are closed, and the configuration stays, so you can activate the workspace again later.
Can I offer DoubleCheck under my own brand?
Yes, for enterprise customers. With white label, the app and the reports follow your house style. Contact us at info@doublecheck.live to discuss the options.
